"Peppermint oil naturally cleanses the skin and has antiseptic and antibacterial properties. It has a cooling effect which soothes irritation and inflammation”

In traditional herbalism, practitioners may use peppermint to:

  • kill germs

  • stop itching

  • relieve pain

  • prevent or reduce vomiting

  • help the body eliminate mucus

  • reduce muscle spasms

The health benefits of marjoram essential oil can be attributed to its properties as an analgesic, antispasmodic, aphrodisiac, antiseptic, antiviral, and bactericidal.

Reduces Pain

Marjoram oil reduces the pain associated with colds, fevers, inflammation, overexertion of muscles, toothaches, and headaches. The best thing about this is that it does not have any adverse side effects, unlike other analgesic pain relievers available on the market.

Relieves Spasms

Marjoram essential oil is helpful in curing nearly all types of spasms and related problems. It efficiently relieves spasms in the respiratory system, intestines, and muscular spasms in the limbs. It also helps palliate convulsions, pulled muscles, cramps, and spasmodic cholera that are caused by uncontrollable spasms.

Lavender essential oil is one of the most popular and versatile essential oil used in aromatherapy. Distilled from the plant Lavandula angustifolia, the oil promotes relaxation and believed to treat anxiety, fungal infections, allergies, depression, insomnia, eczema, nausea, and menstrual cramps.

In essential oil practices, lavender is a multipurpose oil. It is purported to have anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antidepressant, antiseptic, antibacterial and antimicrobial properties, as well as antispasmodic, analgesic, detoxifying, hypotensive, and sedative effects.1

Its anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties, coupled with its natural cooling sensation, make eucalyptus oil ideal for soothing a painful sunburn. Antibacterial properties also protect the skin from infection.

  • Antifungal

  • Anti-inflammatory

  • Antioxidant

  • Antiseptic

  • Antiviral
